Dr. Miranda Avant is a dedicated public educator and community leader with over 20 years of experience in public school systems, municipal governance, and fiscal responsibility. Her extensive leadership record includes four years as an alderman and three years as President of the Board of Aldermen for Bellefontaine Neighbors. Additionally, she served as a state-appointed and later elected school board member for three years, holding appointments as secretary of the board and delegate, consistently proving her commitment to transparent and results-focused leadership that moves the community forward.
