Marcel Scaife is running for Alderman of Ward 2 in Bellefontaine Neighbors in the upcoming municipal election. He is dedicated to healing division and moving our city forward together with a positive, community-focused vision for progress.

Marcel Scaife is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom with a career dedicated to nonprofit leadership and philanthropy. After earning his master’s degree from Webster University, he focused on community building and relationship development.
Currently serving on several nonprofit boards, Marcel applies his passion for public service to foster a thrive Bellefontaine Neighbors. His life's work is centered on ensuring every neighbor has access to tools and resources for growth.
